Wednesday Wellness Walks are a bi-weekly walking excursion to local points of interest near UCI. We’ll visit various parks and nature preserves that are right here in our backyard, all while incorporating mindfulness and ecological education! The walks are open to all students, faculty, and staff.
We’ll meet outside of the Zot N’ Go and then embark as a group once everyone has arrived. Please be mindful of the weather and wear appropriate outdoor clothing, sunscreen, and footwear that is suitable for walking on non-paved paths.
- October 9 (Week 2): Aldrich Park
- October 23 (Week 4): Mason Park
- November 6 (Week 6): UCI Marsh
- November 20 (Week 8): San Joaquin Wildlife Preserve
- December 4 (Week 10): UCI Ecological Preserve
